Cancellation Policy

Please notify MeltSpa by Hershey a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or re-schedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged full value. For group appointments, please notify us a minimum of 72 hours in advance should you need to cancel or re-schedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged full value.

Service Charge

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your bill for all à la carte treatments, services, and packages. The service charge will be distributed to the spa therapists and support staff who served you during your spa experience.

*Valid only on new reservations through December 31, 2026. Treatments must be booked for the same day for the same person to receive promotional discount. Discount applies to lowest priced treatment. Promo code RELAXMORE must be added to the comments section during checkout. Applicable discounts will be applied on the day of service during payment. For verification, have your order confirmation and promo code ready when checking in for your spa treatments. Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply. Any additional discounts, e.g. Melt Money, will only apply to the full priced service. No additional discounts may be applied to the second (25% off) or third (40% off) treatment.
