Scheduling Your Appointment

Spa services are offered daily beginning at 9 AM. Hours may vary with the season.

You must be 18 years of age and older to schedule and partake in spa treatments. However, we do offer a collection of teen services (ages 13-17).

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please call us at 844-330-1797. In order to avoid a 50% charge, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. All no-show appointments will be charged at full value.

Preparing For Your Appointment

We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their spa treatment appointment time in order to relax and enjoy the facility and 5 minutes prior to their Salon service appointment time.

Yes. Before or upon arrival you will complete a brief health history questionnaire to assist the spa therapists in providing maximum safety and comfort during your visit. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Please also consider printing and completing the health questionnaire prior to your visit to expedite the check-in process.

During Your Spa Visit

To provide an environment of relaxation, we ask that guests place all cell phones on silent mode during their visit.

A 20% service charge will be added to your bill for all à la carte treatments, services, and packages.

We are a short walk from two premier restaurants: Houlihan's Restaurant + Bar, and Devon Seafood + Steak – both located in The Hershey Press Building. Enjoy a full bar menu at both establishments - including the signature Melt-ini from Devon, as well as lunch and dinner menus featuring fresh salads, wraps, seafood, and more.
